Quick Commish - Mei Feng

Well I had this commission pending from like a month or so xD
I think this guy right here is gonna kill me for taking so long xD


Well anyway, this is another of those sketchy commissions I did for 45 points, but since I took so long to finish it then I added a few more thingies such as a BG and a couple of extra effects which are still sketchy but well what the hell xD;
